A trainee must register to access the Tribal Court Practice:  Intimate Partner Sexual Abuse (IPSA) course.The registration is free.  The registration is located on the National Judicial Education Program of the Legal Momentum website.You may want to print these instructions for reference.   

Instructions

  1. After clicking on the link on the bottom of the page, a screen will appear with “Free Registration” located on the left-hand side of the screen

  2. Click “Free Registration”

  3. Begin filling out the “Registration for New Visitors”

  4. In the Occupation field select “Tribal Judge” (if applicable)

  5. In the Court Type field select “Tribal”  (required)

The Tribal Court Practice:  IPSA curriculum begins in Module One at “How Prevalent is Intimate Partner Sexual Abuse.”
